Author: You are probably wondering about my credentials to tutor. I have a BA in Physics and a Minor in Mathematics from Columbia University. I also have a PhD in Physics from Princeton University. I have experience tutoring physics and calculus, working on experiments, and assisting professors in a number of physics courses. Not to mention of course I built this entire website and wrote the book Calculus Power-up.
Tutoring is done through live streaming video with Ustream. I have a video camera pointed at a board which I write on and you can type your comments and questions in a textbox. We can also communicate over the phone. The current rate is $35 an hour and slots are limited. I usually tutor on the weekends. I am in France which is 6 hours ahead of eastern time so the usual time for tutoring is at night for me and the afternoon for you.
